I just got a DSi XL, and R4i 3DS flash cart.

What are the best emulators I can use on my DSi XL? I am especially interested in Gameboy color/mono, GBA, NES.

GBC I suggest Lameboy. It emulates both GB and Color and runs really really well. I didn't run into any issues with it

GBA currently the best GBA emulator is still TempGBA

NES use NesDS. But there are a few other options

For GBC, I prefer Gameyob. It also supports wireless link cable emulation

Idk if anyone even reads this anymore but for those who are wondering about Banjo Kazooie Grunty's Revenge I figured out what causes the crash. Now I'm not saying I'm the first person to figure this out or the first person to talk about it here this forum has 66 pages (as of when I'm writing this) and I haven't read them all. So when you look up the compatibility it says the game crashes after Banjo steps out of the house so I decided to take the game and play it on a separate emulator (I used an android one) get passed that part save and when it allows me. Then I took the save file put it on my DSTWO + and ran the game again in TempGBA. So doing that worked I pressed continue and it put me where I saved so I begin to walk around and once I hit the A button it crashes again. At this point it hits me "Is it the input of A?" So I load it up again and sure enough it does it again but this time after a few presses of the A button. I even tried making the Y button act like the A but still to no avail. So this is what I found does anyone have and idea on how to fix it? And if so let me know. Thanks for hearing me out

Not many people still read these anymore, some of us however still come here because some of us still enjoy flashcarts and improvements with these nifty little devices. Thank you for the information about this, hopefully TempGBA continues to grow once more, I am already trying to get Catsfc working better since the Nintendo DS still hasn't gotten a good SNES emulator yet. I love my 3DS and I know custom firmware can do all of these things and much more. I like using these flashcarts because I still think they are very useful. They may be old but definitely not obsolete.

Just a quick question if anybody is willing to answer (or still active here).
Regarding cheat file (.cht), what the correct format for cheats? - to be specific how should it look like.

Trying to create/ find a cheat file for Pokemon Gaia v3.2 .

Can use I tempGBA on a 128go sd without using sd formatter to format my sd ?

If I'm asking this it's beause I'd like to make coexist TempGBA and DSTwo Linux on the same sd but apparently DSTwo linux doesn't like sd formatter and TempGBA doesn't seems to work on sdxc without using sd formatter.

So here is my question : what alternative software I've to use to format my sdxc ?

Sorry for the bump, but will this work on TWiLightMenu++/nds-bootstrap?
It says that it's only for Supercard DSTwo, but what's stopping it from running on nds-bootstrap
