The cheats/mods work on my 5.1 switch with sxos 2.2.1 beta. I also used sxos cheat for items and it works too, just as long as i don't use a theme. Using a theme with sxos cheat crashes my switch. Maybe it runs out of memory when there are too many mods being run.

Awesome work. One thing though. I'm not sure if I'm just going crazy, but I've been searching for Scyther for 4 hours now on Route 15 in Pikachu edition. Have found 7 Chansey so far, but no Scyther. Patch is working properly, not sure if just unlucky or something wrong. I know this edition is the one that has Scyther normally and in this location too. I also noticed on thie route no Pokemon spawn from the last patch of grass on the very right of this route (before you get to route 14 and behind the trainers).

I don't know what to tell you, man. Scyther should be there with a 1% chance.

I am not sure your file works for Pikachu version. Unless seeing a lot of hitmonlee is normal.

How do you know what to edit with the hex editor? Is there a source with all the hex values somewhere?

No.
I Only Searched for the dex Number for like Electabuzz 125 as Hex D7

Than i Search in both Encounter bin files both bin files have 2 Entrys for D7 and Change it to the Dex nummer Like 151 as Hex 97 and save.
