I Searched in the both Encounter bins the Hex Number from the Pokemon Entry of Electabuzz
And than i change it to the Hex Numer from mew. Done.

That route only has three encounter slots, so rather than favor one version over the other, I reverted it to match Red and Blue.

Has anyone managed to make this work on ReiNX?

Even with LayeredFS "supposedly" enabled, I do not think it works. Even a custom theme do not.

Did you ever get it to work for you? I'm in the same boat. I'm on SX OS 2.2.1, 6.1FW and no luck. Also never used LayeredFS before.

I think I will just wait until someone release a version of those files that are edited for Mew already. Changing the hex myself seems too risky (especially since I have no idea which value to change and change them into what).

Yeah, if you can upload the file with mew, that would be nice. Just gonna keep the old files too and swap between mew and electabuz when I need it.

Also, do you think you could put Meltan somewhere as well?

Also another unrelated question: Anybody knows how to evolve Meltan?

Nope, still not working. Even tried downgrading from the SX beta to the stable version but no luck. Could it have anything to do with my SD card being formatted as exFAT?

Try using the latest version of Atmosphere instead of SX. If it breaks there too, it's probably SD corruption.
If it works in Atmosphere but doesn't in SX then it's SX's problem.

As it says in the OP, all of my Let's Go mods are going to be compatible with each other.

That's a good question. I was wondering that too. Mine is also exFat.
