I am Japanese. I am using google translation so I may not be able to answer well.
The problem occurred while I was erasing the title ticket with FBI.
Have you erased anything that you can not erase? I am glad if I solve the problem. Thank you.
The image is here.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

1. Remove the 3DS battery. Put it back in. This will reset the RAM memory.

2. Copy everything from the SD card onto a computer.

3. Reformat the card as FAT32 + 32 KB cluster size. Use Windows File Explore or guiformat.

4. Check the empty card if it is fake or bad. Do a Full Write + Verify Test with H2testw.

5. If results come back good, delete the *.h2w test files.
  • If an error was reported, stop the test. Replace the faulty SD card. Go back to step 2 or 3.
  • :!: Continuous error means the card is fake. Your game data is likely corrupt. :(

6. Copy everything back to the SD card. Put the SD card into 3DS.
  • :!: If you had error from step 5, replace the custom firmware files. Use the CFW starter kit found here.

7. Turn on the 3DS and hold the (Select) button. Use these Luma3DS configuration settings:

8. Go back to FBI. See if the erased game is still there. If it is, try to delete it again.

I will do it according to the above procedure, but it will return to the error screen. 6. Even if you try the CFW starter kit, it will be returned to the error screen. The SD card was normal.

I restored it to GodMode 9 Usage - Restoring a NAND Backup street, but it will be skipped to the original status error screen. It's very troubled.

何「Luma3DS」のバージョンはありますか。

What Luma3DS version did you have?

Luma3DS v7.0.5 or older (arm9loaderhax):

わかりませんあなたの「n3DSLL」は壊れていますか。

I don't know. Is your n3DSLL broken?

  1. Reinsert your SD card into your device
  2. Press (Home) to bring up the action menu
  3. Select “Scripts…”
  4. Select “GM9Megascript”
  5. Select “Restore Options”
  6. Select “SysNAND Restore (safe)”
  7. Select your NAND backup
  8. Press (A) to unlock SysNAND (lvl3) writing, then input the key combo given
    • This will not overwrite your boot9strap installation
    • This process will take some time
  9. Press (A) to continue
  10. Press (B) to return to the main menu
  11. Select “Exit”
Although this is done, an error screen will be displayed again. Was it broken? I just broke FBI tickets, will they break? Even if you do v9.1 it will be skipped to the error screen.

Try SysNAND Restore (Safe) with:
  • (HOME) button → Scripts... → NANDManager → <R> Restore SysNAND (Safe)
If you don't see this, there should be this file at:
  • smdc:/gm9/scripts/NANDManager.gm9
Edit - ^^ I got the location wrong. Corrected now.
***

If that doesn't work either, also try CTRTransfer with New 3DS or 2DS - 11.5.0 - JPN - CTRTransfer.

You can keep the *.bin and *.sha files there, but put a copy somewhere safe like computer, external hard drive, USB flash drive, etc.

If you ever software crash again, use that to recover the n3DSLL.
