Seriously if you're this broke sell the switch in CEX or Cash converters and help your mom out with bills etc
But also make the tinfoil piece a little bigger, worked for me. And I should suggest enable AutoRCM

I dont agree, many screwdrivers are manetic, can be harmful for switch. (Also I tested screwdriver, not worked)

Do not use foil. You will end up getting it stuck in there. It took several engineers hours to get foil out of my switch. Since you can't even figure out how to ask anyone for a paperclip, you won't be able to get it out and will fry the switch.

so i can use my sonic pens spring? and if i do that how do i get the spring in do i just slide it in?
You can basically use any conductor whatsoever to connect the 10th pin on the right joycon connector to the first/ninth/the actual rail/the screw.
See the image? This is what I have used. A safety pin twisted into the right angle, with 3 minutes' worth of trial and error, using my own fingers. That's literally it.
If you're telling me you have a current-gen console but can't manage to get creative enough to bend a piece of conductive metal, I call BS.
