What about you make a no-password wifi and you enable MAC filtering so only specified network cards can connect. Not sure if connectify can but any today's router can
how do i do that?

There is the double hotspot Android smartphone workaround.

What you need:

Two android smartphones. The older the better but they must support hotspot both the Wifi and the Bluetooth kind.

A Wifi connection you can connect to.

What to do:

Connect the most new one to Wifi.

Open a Bluetooth hotspot with that phone.

Conect the second Android phone to the Bluetooth hotspot, then open a Wifi one with this smartphone. Set it to open and no password.

Connect the DS to this wifi hotspot.

Add the ds to the allowed devices list.

Switch the Wifi hotspot to "allowed devices only".

Connect the DS again.

You are done.

There is a way to use a USB cable to give Internet to your smartphone. Then you can make that phone into a wifi hotspot but it doesn't work on all smartphones. What model and brand of smartphone do you have?
i just said i dont have *my* own phone only my mom has a phone
