Hey, not sure if this is allowed here or not, but I hacked my EU 3DS some months back (for the note, I'm in the US....pal sent me this 3DS for nothing in exchange....but that's an irrelevant story.
Anywho, hacked the 3DS and got some CIAs to work on it (for the record, I'm NOT asking for cias or sites where I can get them or any sort of distribution like that) and although the games work flawlessly, the DLC cias are a different story.
Here's the story for 3 games I tried the DLC for:
1) Smash Bros. 4: Without any DLC, it runs fine...base game as it should be. With the update DLC, it prompts for an update for the game (as to be expected) and completes, giving a prompt that the update has been completed. Upon clicking the game to enter it, the 3DS prompts once again to update....no matter how many times I update, it continues this loop. Even with the other DLC, it continues....no new characters unlocked. Still runs base game alone, but now with this pointless update prompt that does nothing.

2) Phoenix Wright Dual Destinies: Without the DLC, it runs fine...base game as it should be...but upon accessing the "View DLC" in the extras menu, it starts loading, spits out a "009-2920" error, then spits me back out into the Extras menu. Several attempts and same results. With the DLC, again, game runs as it should...but with a slight difference. There is no "Special Episode" option and selecting the "View DLC" option now starts loading, gives a black screen when loading is complete, then spits me back out to the Extras menu.
3) Spirit of Justice (Phoenix Wright): Without the DLC, base game runs as it should and the game even lets me enter the store via "View DLC". With the DLC, same issue as Dual Destinies, no extra option for DLC chapters, selecting "View DLC" starts loading, gives a black screen, then spits me back out onto the Extras menu.
I'm certain a similar issue would be on my Fire Emblem Awakening, but I haven't gotten that far yet.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. A complete fix would be worshiped.
