but i think dsi can't connect to eshopyou need to connect to eshop, i encounter that too
Ok, i'll try it. Thank you :3try it first thats the only fix on that issue
I don't think dumping the file would help, iirc the content of the file isn't actually checked for showing Data Management so it can even just be a blank file, though I'd have to check to be certain. Is there any way to generate this file without the DSi Shop? Kind of bad that it is down since months.
I also have other DSis with data Management here, but they are from Japan. Could I dump the file from one of them?
Edit: The console without Data Management is from Europe.
http://problemkaputt.de/gbatek-dsi-sd-mmc-firmware-dev-kp-and-cert-sys-certificate-files.htmCould you share here how the file is called please? Would nice to know.
nand:/sys/dev.kp
sd:/sys/dev.kp
and I think that should work.I don't think formatting should ever remove Data Management, though deleting Shop data (which iirc is separate) probably will.Makes sense. I am just wondering about this as some of my devices still have Data Management even after formatting them. Most of them don't.
Would it be enough for Data Management to just create an empty file?
