My Switch is still using 1.6 or 1.8 (cant remember), is it safe to use newer versions? I remember seeing a bunch of issues with versions 1.9 or somewhere around there. Are version 2.0.1 or the beta issue free?

Also any current issues that need to be addressed with emunand?

Does emunand work the same way it worked on 3DS as far as it can be updated and latest fw games can be played on it and then if one wants to get rid of it just to delete it and system is back to the way it was before installing emunand?

thanks

There will always be some issues ;) . But any version is "safe".
I don't know if you can update the """EmuNAND""", but you probably should be able to (but the Ninty method might get you banned). And yes, once you delete it, everything goes back to stock.

I meant "safe" in a sense that it wont do weird shit like brick my system or delete shit.

Yeah If your referring to the brick code they got rid of it months ago I'm guessing thats when you were actively around the scene. Updates are safe and far batter than the old ones with numerous stability features such as layerdFS, Auto DNS disable from Nintendo server and cheat engine support. You have a higher chance of the Switch crashing staying on lower sxos updates. Oh btw we can now play xci games from external hdd's, so update away:yayone:
