Oh, I see why it's not working for you. You have DSi mode set for that game.
DSi-Enhanced games currently won't work in DSi mode.

I got everything up and running but my boxarts are not showing.. i put the ds folder in _nds/Twilightmenu++/ds. BTW it's pokemon pearl.... OCD kicking in lol. I need boxarts to make it complete for my preference.

What does AP stand for? Pokemon hg probably is for Pokemon Heart Gold.

Heya , i wanted to play Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded with AP Patch , everything works fine but my top screen is tearing and i can't see my hp :c Help please thanks

Does the current version of the nds-bootstrap break compatibility with booting directly from the provided bootcode.dsi (without using Hiya)? All games no longer boot using the newest provided nds-bootstrap versions, but downgrading to a previous version seems to fix this.

You mean the bottom line on the bottom of the screen(s) is being duplicated?
If so, just wake the system from sleep mode when that happens. It's a TWL_FIRM bug, and can't be fixed without RE'ing TWL_FIRM.

Whenever a new version of nds-bootstrap releases, there's a low chance of it working with Unlaunch alone.

i noticed that if you play legend of zelda spirit tracks with this you cant control the train because the controls are missing has anyone found a way to fix this
