In what way is it more user friendly, i found the Ultimate Injectors as user friendly as you can get. Would be nice to know in what aspect of the process has been made even more user friendly

Not for SNES.
The original SNES injector in order to proceed you needed to specify the type of cartridge. In NSUI the program searches in a database.
Neither in GBA.
The original GBA injector needed to specify the type of save. And also like the SNES, NSUI searches in a database.

I dig the auto-detection, it works most of the time, and works for GBA games I couldn't get to save properly on the old standalone injector. For me it's definitely user friendly, some minor tweaks could be made, but overall I prefer it.

Will there be any support for PicoDrive as an injection method for Genesis games? The Retroarch core version of Picodrive doesn't run too well on O3DS.

I know of an option to add RTC in the (old) gba vc injector version. Never tried it out myself though.

I tried with the old GBA VC injector, created a CIA using the detected save type (EEPROM) but it didn't work. Created a second CIA selecting the SRAM patch option, but it didn't work either. Even created a third one selecting the Flash save type and ticking the RTC box, but this CIA didn't even saved the date and time settings.

If you or anybody else could guide on how to make it work, I'd be very grateful.

Is this for Boktai - The Sun is in your Hand?

Have you tried the latest nightly mGBA emulator? RTC and save seems to be working on that.

Yes that's the game

And well I tried mGBA and both saving and RTC worked, but not at full speed (I have a N3DS). But it wasn't the latest nightly build I suppose, because I installed that emulator months ago, I will try that latest release and see how it works.

Whenever I try running NSUI, no window shows up. I lose focus on the explorer window for a bit & a loading circle appears over the cursor, but no window ever appears. Looking in task manager shows that the program becomes "Suspended" after a few seconds. I'd like to inject a National Dex hack for Pokemon Emerald with a few minor patches, which I can't really do with the Ultimate GBA Injector because of the save size. (last time I ran the UGBAI it worked fine though, but that was a while ago) Attempting to run the .NET framework installer says that I already have .net installed, so it's not that. I've tried reextracting the files from the zip multiple times, but nothing changes. Even running as admin & compatibility mode don't do anything (tested setting to Win8 and XP). I even tried specifically running the program with High Priority, but all that does is make it not say Suspended in task manager before the program disappears from the list anyways. Anyone know anything I could do to fix this?

You could try redownloading it and deleting the config file that comes with it before starting it up, that usually fixes some of the issues, at least for me.
