ROM Hack Pokemon Nightmare Moon and Reaper Sun (New thread, New leader)

The title screen for reaper sun on my system wiht luma3ds says nightmare moon and when i press the a button on it it goes to black screen where i can't hear anything at all. Is there a way to fix that?
We are also adding custom clothing and the like, so we will be having all of the previous generations enemy team outfits. Example: Rocket outfit, Magma outfit, Aqua Outfit, Plasma outfit, etc. I would like to know how to get those
Ahh, sorry guys, I was away for a couple of weeks, as far as the crashing problem goes for reaper sun, that's a known issue, and an issue that only happens to a couple of people, and as far as the Shop.cro/Pokemart shop crash, you have to make sure that your game is updated, if it continues happening, you will have to delete the shop.cro file located in SD:/luma/titles/(titleid)/romfs/shop.cro and delete shop.cro For the title screen crash, it might be fixed by going into
SD:/luma/titles/(titleid)/m/title_us.moflex, reaper sun wasn't our main focus, so we treated it more like a port of nightmare moon, so it is bound to have bugs. The shop crash I encountered was in Nightmare Moon, I’ve deleted shop.cro but will need to test later.
Longshot, but do .ips patches effect anything? If got both the no outlines and instant text patches enabled.
Is there an up to date Discord invite? I’m really enjoying playing this game and would welcome the chance to feedback/share my experience if possible.
This is great work from you and the dev team. It’s been a while since I’ve enjoyed a “main series” Pokemon game besides battling and collecting.

I'm trying to turn the reaper sun luma files into an installable cia file but I'm having some size issues..... I can get the cia made but the file size is 4.18gb and my 3ds won't install it with fbi.... Anyone got any ideas on how to get it to work?

Now, we all have different feelings about this conundrum, luckily, as far as I know, GBAtemp does not have anything against Layeredfs files at this moment in time. This, however, does not mean this can't change. We can not even post a link to this page, or to our discord anymore, that is how far they are taking this. What you do with this information is your choice, I however, am just relaying the information to everyone as it is.

Hey, I don't know if this is still active but I just started playing through Nightmare Moon (trying to Nuzlocke incidentally), and I noticed a few issues:
-None of my Pokemon have been learning moves as they level up, for instance my Diglett should have tried to learn a total of three moves but hasn't tried to learn even one.
-TMs seem to be improperly randomized; I know the randomization of TMs wasn't mentioned in the OP but it seems like the flavor text for each move was randomized (Work Up for example has the text for King's Shield) but the TMs still teach the original move.
-Shops work perfectly fine for me, but I also was wondering if you had plans to randomize the inventory of second shops in locations that have them.

Thank you for bringing this up, pokemon don't start learning new moves until after lvl 16, the tm's are supposed to be like that on the 3ds, we do not plan on randomizing the inventory of the shops, because the shops are already customized to an extent. Also, Project Pokemon isn't as supportive of us romhackers as of late, so try to avoid using them, I would reccomend either using GBA temp or Relic castle for all your rom hacking needs in the future, because it seems unlikely that they'll change their minds any time soon even with irrefutable evidence and the numerous amount of counter arguments that can be made against their claims. Needless to say, I do not support project pokemon, so I don't go on there very often to check the page
