No, the .7z file is a compressed archive of 7-Zip.

The archive "Ace3DS_Plus_Backup_ntrboot_flasher [767F89B8] .7z"
contains the following files:

- ntrboot_flasher (beta) .firm
- ntrboot.log
- backup.bin

The Ace3DS Plus card can be restored with the backup "backup.bin" and the "ntrboot_flasher (beta) .firm".

the archive is deprecated and deleted by filetrip and is therefore displayed as a corrupt archive.

just use the following archive:
Ace3DS_Plus_Backup_ntrboot_flasher [767F89B8] .7z
