Hacking Anybody else get this error message with PKGj?

This happens when trying to dl DLC. Haven't tried a whole game. Am I doing something wrong?

Also tried using NPS Browser.

Still getting an error message of 0x80010078 when downloading DLC from PKGj.
Installing the DLC from NPS Browser doesn't work.
How do I install Nonpdrm in the same partition as PKGj?
Games DO install, np.
