No, you don't touch these files. The script should have created a folder for you that ends with .nsp (and these files should be inside that folder). You just enable archiving on that specific folder and Tinfoil will recognize it as a nsp file.

The splitted files are inside of a folder with a name that should already end with nsp.
You need to set the archive flag for the folder and afterwards copy it to your sd card.
When you use Tinfoil you must copy the folder to /tinfoil/nsp on your sd card. You can also use dev menu to install the splitted nsp.
No just leave those files as is. As long as the folder they're in ends in .nsp you should be fine. Also make sure the folder is tagged for archiving or else it won't show up when you try to install it
when i open ur .py it jst clsoses instantly and when i use the command line on cmd it says python3 not located but i have it installed because other .py fiels and commands work and i tried to restart and update still nothing anyhelp?
Just drag the nsp file over the "splitnsp" python file and it will start.
Maybe put that the folder is the nsp in the op (if it already isn't) because it confused me at first too

Lets suppose that scenario:
A 16Gb game. I will split in 16 1gb files. Copy the first part to the sd card, install and remove. Copy the second part and repeat until the last one. Anyone know if that is possible?

No. You need the whole game available to install at once, and there's no way to remove the sd card without rebooting. Network install would be your best bet for now in that case.
Use any file joiner app or google how to join files from the command prompt/terminal.

hmmm, the splitter convert the nsp file into 2 files

when i put them in the nsp folder, after opening tinfoil, it crashes and i had to exit from tinfoil, but the switch didn't crash.
edit: oh i see, i must put the folder that ends with .nsp instead.
