You skipped over all questions related to SX and LayeredFS. I have copy and pasted them below for you to answer since you answered everything else appropriately.

Just wondering even though I don’t want to attempt to update, anyone else who got banned, does Nintendo tell you to still do a system update, when want to play a game like kof 95 as I stated in my report that’s what it tells me to do.

Ok, there's something I don't get... In the section where you talk about what happens after bans, it's claimed that one can Update the system and games, and even enter the e-shop. However, on the ban types, it says that console bans (the supposedly most common one and that, according to the document, lets me download and access stuff anyways) DO NOT let people update the system or games anymore.

Which of the statements is true and in any case why hasn't it been updated?

You didn't read it carefully. Here I'll quote myself.
To be exact, they're restricting that console from using the "dauth" server which handles eShop content, online play, and as of late September game updates as well.
Nowhere do I state system firmware updates are restricted with normal bans

I can’t enter eshop anymore, that’s what I use to do on the official firmware when I was done using any cfw to see if I got banned or not.

He is likely referring to this line:

After Being Banned

    • Game and System updates can still be possible for the Switch's lifetime. Probably has something to do with directly affecting the user experience as well as ironing some bugs that you would otherwise be unable to fix if Nintendo stopped you from receiving them. Not to mention that if you accidentally delete a game update after installing it, that game will no longer work without the update.

These lines also seem outdated.

After Being Banned

    • You can try un-linking your Nintendo Account from your banned console. One user, by the name of VegaNovus, supposedly got Nintendo to un-link his account by telling Nintendo he cannot access his Switch at all. If you tell them your console is banned and you want to un-link, chances may not be as high as the former dialogue option. At any rate, this is only useful if your console only is banned; if your account is banned, then there is no point in un-linking it.
    • Based on the above, you can acquire new eShop titles after being banned and if you archive any of your installed titles, you can redownload them at any time without worrying about your ban status. But what happens if you accidentally delete any of your installed games? Unfortunately, the only workaround we have involves using eXhop, a homebrew app that works like eShop, to download those titles again. It bypasses the check if you are banned or not, but the titles will not work unless your account has legitimately purchased/downloaded them previously. While unprecedented, there is a possibility Nintendo may remove full CDN access to a banned console if it uses eXhop or any CDN downloader.

You can now deregister the switch remotely via https://ec.nintendo.com/my/

On the second line sigpatches have been released and good luck finding a working eshop cert for exshop anyway.

Anyway to transfer shit on a banned console to a new one?
You can use checkpoint and possibly the remote deactivater to transfer your saves with minimal(?) If minimal is safe or not, we don't know.

It would be interesting if we could give false responses to the banned switch and if a standard user transfer would be successful.

Oh thank you! Ugh, maybe I shouldn't have implemented that section...I'll have to see what I can do.

Is it then correct that the only thing Nintendo can detect is that there is a switch running 6.0.0 whilst not having the correct amount of fuses burnt, and maybe see traces of active autorcm? Even then it's probably unknown still if fuse mismatches get you flagged for a ban I guess.

Still no ban on 6.0 with 6 fuses and AutoRCM. Since upgrading to 6.0 I've not booted into SX OS more than once, and have stayed legit (othet than, um, only 6 fuses and AutoRCM).

Waiting for SX OS 2.1. Tried 2.0 on another switch, too buggy. Don't trust 1.9 to not get banned (it came out after the 6.0 "beta" but not after the 6.0 official, so I don't fully trust it). Anyway, it seems safe-ish to run 6.0 with wrong fuses and AutoRCM, but 6.0.1 (or whatever) could have added checks.

i hope not, but running 6.0 with wrong fuses and autorcm *might* have flagged you for the next ban wave, not necessarily an instant ban

only time will tell, tho

I'm still on 5.1.0 and sx 1.9. I'm not playing online anymore (I refuse to pay it) and still no games require 6.0. I was not banned when 5.1.0 was the latest fw

So just got error code 2144-0001 randomly when turning on my switch from sleep mode. The console is fine, but would like to know if this error code has let to bans or something.

Okay so far so good with my testing, ONLY XCI loading and ONLY updating with OFW all seems good for now. (Converted some NSP's to XCI but afraid to update them via OFW because I don't know if Nintendo will know im loading eShop only titles as a cartridge)

I'm planning on just use XCI and see if that leads to ban somehow. (I'm also using homebrew just in case :v).

Updating the XCI's through original FW you mean? for how many time have you been using sx os without ban?

Yeah i did that first and yeah, found that exact same message, but maybe it was because im using CFW, so who knows.

Still, just gonna wait and see. Thanks.
Probably. I'm pretty sure that's the message I got when I tried to go online in CFW. Turning Stealth Mode off "fixed" it (used quotes because nothing was broken, Stealth Mode was doing exactly what it should, blocking accidental attempts to connect to Nintendo's servers while in CFW).

@Maximumbeans, Indeed. I've been working on getting this Infecutus chip to work on my PS2. But after soldering, I realised that a plastic piece was missing from the power ribbon cable to the power and eject buttons.

Now I could go with soldering the contacts from the cable to the connector on the mobo, but doesn't sound like a good permanent solution.
