Don't bother. Defending that $25 wasted on SX OS is important! Forget about any and all issues with said broken piece of software and shady people behind it, I spent $25!!
Credibility is created when you consistently backup your claims with proof. This is the reason why the masses are so misinformed. They take the word of organization as truth without looking at the evidence which in this case non has been provided.

Libretro has a lot of credibility for providing their utility and being consistent when it comes to their reaction when it comes to bullshit about preboxing software (they've made claims about this before, which I can find for you if you want me to) already, meaning they have a history of calling out this brand of shit. Them lying would not be beneficial to them in any form.
It annoys me soon as TX do something for the “business” everyone jumps on their backs in disgust I think many here are forgetting TX has put a huge donation in for gbatemps bounty so show a little bit of respect! Yes @m4xw i might just do that if they stopped acting childish and posting private details between the two parties just for loyalty purposes.
If it's proof then how can I say you lie? I'm don't care about TX personally, I care about the truth which can only be arrived at with facts and evidence.

Give me a reason to show respect for them just because they threw a large lump at money for a good cause.
Gamergate started supporting anti-harassment groups to put up a "good" side. Doesn't change that GG was nothing but a thinly veiled harassment campaign.
Scientology uses charities and "good-looking" fronts to make themselves look better. Doesn't change they're a cult.
Throwing lumps of money at things doesn't change or hide issues.

It's a bride actually. They aren't paying him to help make something for them or paying him to help homebrew compatibility for them, those are job offers. They were trying to pay him to take his source, close it off, stop making open source code, and make a exclusive version for them despite the obvious legal issues, that's bribery.
Just because they donated to the Temp, doesn't change their previous actions. They have a long history of stealing code, releasing the untested stolen code, shilling, and so much more, that honestly they shouldn't get such an easy free pass.

This is counter-productive. Stop making claims without proof. "insiders are telling" post some links stop regurgitating hearsay. I'm not accusing @m4xw of anything, I'm just simply asking for proof of his claim. And by the way I do think it's despicable to try to take an open source project and make it closed source. But just provide proof that this was the case.
