I wanted to update to 6.0 using the old method on computer to minimize the interferring with the switch to hopefully avoid being banned. But ChoiDujour then throws an error that 6.0 is not yet supported.
I could also use ChoiDujourNX if it works there, but am I right to assume that running homebrew is a higher ban risk than doing most of the things without homebrew on a computer?

So you won't update ChoiDujour on Computer to support 6.0 anymore?
Then I'll use the NX version i guess... doing it offline and deleting the sdfiles after the update will prevent a ban i hope^^
ChoiDujour PC is supposed to be used for recovery of destroyed SYSTEM partitions/etc (ill update it when i have the time, soon), if your console is working use ChoiDujourNX
Ok, knowing that I will now update using CDJNX, hoping I won't get banned later on for using homebrew.

Where can we download the needed firmware package to update the Switch to firmware 6.0 via ChoiDujourNX?

It worked just fine, I am now on newest FW with 5 fuses burnt (4.1), deleted all the sdfiles, atmosphere etc directly after doing it and will go back online with the switch now.
These are considered copyrighted content and cannot be provided on this website, even through PM. Follow his recommendations and you should be able to find it. Typically, the firmware files usually hang in the same places as most other warez.

Currently no games require firmware 6.0 so there are no games that have those firmware files.

I guess I'll still be good with firmware 5.1.0 for a while in that case.
This is to say it is currently not possible to upgrade to 6.0 yet with choidujour? (I was under the impression that everything was available at the recommended spot)
No because there are other ways of obtaining the firmware update files such as from a console that already updated to firmware 6.0 or extracting them from a console with a "System Update is Pending" message.

I update my switch on 6.0 with choidujour, everything is ok, but i loose ExfatSupport.

that part confuses me, do i just copy the atmosphere folder and install the nsp? if so i cant figure out what to do next, the app still crashes.
