Don't get me wrong, I get that and I 100% agree with you. What grinds my gears is the Toxicity coming from SciresM and his Twitter page (take a look). Most of his posts are intended to bash TX and cause toxicity and I get that, they took "his" work and they didn't give credit. But Jesus tap dancing Christ, it's been over two months by now FFS. The whole toxicity is coming from him and his petty attempts of bashing and cracking the SX OS when in reality he could've spent that time to finish his so called "CFW" already.

This is what I usually do to keep away from toxicity:

1. I only go through threads that serve useful for me, (guess this time I failed this one as I'm in this thread.)
2. If I see a user or a dev or anyone bashing and blaming and all, I simply just scroll through without reading. No point in reading, it will not help me at all in any way.
3. If I find a thread, tool, or file useful I make sure to thank the owner.

Previously, I used SX OS on my 1st switch when SX OS came out, it was useful. Then I used reiNX when it came out, it was as easy as 1-2-3. After that I used rajNX's sig patches for my 100% *Legit backup, that's neat. Now I'm using Atmosphere, with a few sysmodule of hekate, and raj's sig patch. All of them are useful to me so I think they're perfect.

The community is great if you only go to where you need to go.

So exposing TX for pretty much stealing code and not crediting where they got it from counts as bashing now? And cracking SX-OS? Pardon me but i've seen no evidence on SciresM's twitter of any of that

Games on SD? You mean like how you can download the game to the SD and play it from there with stock firmware?
Cheats? I enjoy playing the game, not cheating my way through it or online.

You have likely missed out on a lot then.
If I download a game I can't resell it. No good for me.
If you think that then you have been using the wrong cheats. Plenty of scope to improve gameplay with cheats.

We need a good cfw?

I have no problems with my pro sxos, I don't expect anything athmosphere kekate,ReiNX,RajNX???? or anything else, I need this to restore my nand, or backup, otherwise I would never have needed sd files? Tom ger? Sigpatch,Bla,bla,bla..Or all these things....
(I simplify here, to understand that sxos is simple to use, and OTA Updates)
If sxos offers me this ( nand restore nand backup)
Xci? Okay./ Nsp? Okay/, ftp? Okay/ load payload externe?ok / loading? Dongle then we wait..... I'm waiting to see the progress, to see if something better will happen, I got it in sxos 1.4 and we're where? 1.5? 1.6? 1.8? 1.9 2.0? In short, under sxos we have enough patience, right? What can't we do? Homebrew? Xci? Nsp? Mod game? And so on...
Just disappointed that he stole code, I paid for it....
Now sxos has some progress to make, but patience is an important virtue, and I have more than I need.

At the end of the day, people aren't robots. CFW isn't develoed by faceless corporations carefully crafting a public image through a PR machine. It consists of real people operating on a personal basis, often in a highly cooperative or competitive environment in a context which fosters disagreements.

People need to stop holding other people up to the same arbitrary bar as corporations who have entire teams who's job it is to create a nice image for people to consume and hide internal contradictions. Just accept that people are going to disagree, and often disagree quite spectacularly when more people are involved.

What I love about the TX haters is that (some if not most of them) completely ignore if they do something good/original with their CFW then slam them if they steal code. Even if it's to improve the code. Meanwhile they're praising the hell out of Atmosphere/Reinx even if it isn't original.

EDIT: Opinion has completely changed. Take this post with a pinch of salt as it's not relevant to my current opinions.

Pay a pro dongle sx, to play 140 games (how much do you think it costs? Go even to 10$ the game it is 1400$ then games at 60$ I do not speak about it do the calculation..., well we redeem a conscience by spending a little money by buying the dongle xecurer sx os pro.
With so many games that I didn't need to buy, does that bother me? I don't think so.

Dude. I got an NS-Atmosphere for £21 (including shipping), came in 24 hours unlike 2 weeks - 1 month for SX Pro and I get to load whatever CFW I want without having to use an extra tool to do so.

Core parallel framerate original to fullspeed

So yes it's difficult for the gpd xd ,to record the video capture with mobizen in 720p60 24mb/s it takes me some gpu cpu resource, does that seem logical to you? I don't see the problem with my video, it's fluid at home with google, or you have a bad internet connection

I BARELY understood half of what you said but keep your high morals. Doesn't matter how much money you spend, if you pirate, spending money isn't going to change a single thing because you still pirated

I'm not doing this to play, I'm doing this to open my mind and get inspired by what other Indy studios are doing.

In video games it's more difficult, a painting has no efuse, no firmware, no protection, and so on.

By the way, if all the games had demos I wouldn't even need to hack anymore, just the homebrew emulator, it's amazing that in 2018 all the games don't have a demo, it's lighter to download than the full game.
I'm sure it would limit piracy, and also allows you to make a purchase if the demo suits you.
