I think you used a wrong syscheck version, or you have a problem with it because it didn't list the cIOS version/base at all.
You have many cIOS installed in many slots (for which reason ?), but that log is not useful because of the missing information.

You have more than 50 useless cIOS ! 50 slots used for no reason, except taking up your console's free space.
installing a cIOS is not like "adding a feature", the console uses only ONE slot, all the others are useless.
installing an IOS in random slot is not fixing a compatibility or making a game work better. I don't know why you installed that much identical version of all the cIOS.

I don't think Wii64 reads "only" from port1.
But one thing I know is that cIOS have no relation to Wii64 compatibility.
All homebrew are using IOS58, which is compatible with both USB Ports. There is nothing to do with your cIOS to fix a port access problem in Wii64.

If Wii64 has USB access issue, I'd say the problem is your drive.
If that drive used to work, maybe the partition is corrupted?

could you please run syscheck linked in my signature?

Uninstall them all with AnyTitleDeleter. But be very careful not to delete anything except IOS200 and up or you could brick.
Then reinstall d2x-v10-beta53alt in slot 249 using base 57 (since base 37 is not recommended)
Hmmm thats a little dificult for a newb like me, but I definely take a look thanks

Usually we recommend to keep IOS and never delete them, but you really have too many.
I think it's better to clean it.

AnyTitleDeleter mod here: http://wiibrew.org/wiki/AnyTitle_Deleter/AnyTitle_Deleter_MOD
you don't need to create a dropbox account, just select "download">direct download, on the top right.

extract the content of "SD root" to the root of your SD card, to get the 3 files like this:
sd:/apps/AnyTitleDeleterMOD/boot.dol

I hope you don't brick your wii by using this homebrew, it can delete important IOS or channels, be careful!!
don't touch to anything between 0 and 199
you can delete from 200 to 255

But do not delete everything !

Keep this :
254 : This is bootmii ! it'll be used to restore a NAND backup in case of emergency! DO NOT DELETE.

IOS222[38] (rev 65535, Info: hermes-v5.1): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS223[37] (rev 65535, Info: hermes-v5.1): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS224[57] (rev 65535, Info: hermes-v5.1): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
These 3 could still be useful.

Take your time, don't do things too fast or you could delete important IOS slots.

after deleting IOS, you'll have to reinstall a proper cIOS.
only one is enough, we will tell you.

maybe for safety, you could start by making a NAND backup ?
it will not be 100% secure if you don't have bootmii@boot2, but at least you have priiloader to fix a console brick.

I'd do that :
launch HBC, press home, select launch bootmii.
on the bootmii menu, use power/reset button to navigate and do a NAND dump. it'll take some minutes, but it's safer.
you'll need 512MB free on your SD card.

once done, you can delete IOS 200+

if there's any problem and the console don't boot or has errors, you could launch bootmii (don't delete slot254, okay?) and restore NAND with all your IOS slots used (priiloader>HBC>bootmii).
we don't know, it's always better to be safe.

ah, that tool still use cIOS to get system access? I thought it would have used AHB access.
Ok, then, as you don't have a "real" IOS236 (usually used for this reason, but you replaced it or didn't have it), you can use slot206 instead.

it contains this :
IOS206[38] (rev 21010, Info: d2x-v10beta52): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access

I don't remember if it uses only "nand access" or if it requires the "ES identify", so using slot206 will have both features and it should work fine.
then, when you delete your IOS, keep slot 206 as you'll need it if you have to relaunch this program.

Another solution would be to run IOS236 installer first, to replace slot236 and use that slot with anytitledeleter, so you can delete 206 and keep 236 instead.
hmm, wiibrew doesn't have 236installer anymore, they considered "patched IOS" useless (ahb access replaces it) and "piracy", so they removed it.

206 and press A.
the first "IOS to use" in homebrew is the IOS providing access to the console. It contains the hardware drivers to communicate with the console, if you want.
using 206 it will give access to "es identify" module used to install/uninstall Titles.

then, it should ask you if you want to delete channels, or IOS.
or will list you folders, and you'll have to find the IOS folders in hexadecimal numbers (which is dangerous!)
maybe that tool is not the safest to delete IOS.

sorry to bump an old thread, but I can't get port 1 to work. I need to set it to port 1 because Wii64 only reads from that port (dont know why).

@Cyan

thanks

edit: now Wii64 dont read from any USB port :(

Wii64 should work with either port as it uses IOS 58. The default IOSes that support USB work with either port. It's only when using a cIOS to load Wii disc backups that you need a different one to make port 1 work. (The alternate cIOS that supports either port also has game compatibility problems.)

select System Titles.
it will list the IOS. I don't know if it will be decimal or hexadecimal.

set the selector in front of the title to delete, and press a button to delete it. it should be listed on screen which button to press to select, or delete it.

if hexa, you can delete from 000000C8 (slot 200) to 000000FD (slot253), and this one 000000FF (slot255)
Don't delete FE! (slot254, bootmii)
don't delete anything with 3 numbers (100, 101, 102 etc.), these are BC and MIOS.
Don't delete CE (slot206, the one currently in use by the homebrew)
do not touch anything below less than slot 200 (C8 and less)
you should keep DE, DF, E0 (slot 222, 223, 224, hermes cIOS), but if you delete them it's not a problem.

that's great !
I see you even deleted 206, but you kept bootmii, BC/MIOS, so all is good now :)

and that's normal USBLoaderGX doesn't start, it's missing the IOS in slot 249.
but that's not a problem, the one you had in 249 wasn't good for USBLoaderGX.

Now, we will add the needed cIOS for loaders.
follow this guide to install d2x v8 base57 in slot 249, update USBLoaderGX (if you don't have 1268), and install the forwarder channel if you don't have it.

yep, super clean :)
I don't see any issue.

if you encounter a game not working, let us know.
some game might require another "base IOS" but it should be rare.

I know Animal Crossing need a cIOS based on IOS38 if you want the keyboard support.
if you want that, you can use d2x installer again and select 38 on the base setting and another slot (don't overwrite 249). if not, there's no need to bother installing something you won't use.

just remember that installing a new cIOS is not enough for the USBLoader or your game to use it.
you need to specifically tell the loader which slot you want your game to use. Application can only use ONE and only one IOS at a time, not using other slots at all.
so, if you ever install a d2xv8[base38] (for example in slot 248, now unused), you'll have to edit your animal crossing's individual game settings to tell it to use slot248, letting other games using slot249 by default.

if you still have Wii64 issue, we will have to work on it now.
but I'm pretty sure it's a device problem.
