Good folks, I deleted the update folder and even then the console was updated. Mine was in 5.5.2 with CBHC and the update did not conflict with any homebrew, which I'm confused is that even deleting the folder I had the console updated, so I'm in doubt if the most effective method to prevent updates is still delete folder or block DNS

Everyone says for CBHC you need to reinstall CBHC, does that mean I have to remember what DS game I installed it over and select it again? Because I honestly don't recall what game I used off hand.

I was in 5.5.2 and updated and did not need to reinstall CBHC, I was giving normal autoboot

The reason Nintendo can't/won't remove the Miiverse icon because a bunch of games probably depend on being able to launch the Miiverse applet and them breaking/crashing otherwise. Removing the icon is kinda pointless while keeping the actual software around so they just leave the icon there as well.

It's the one that says DO NOT TOUCH ME.

The CBHC installer will list the DS VC games that you can install it over creating the DO NOT TOUCH ME icon. The installer homebrew app only lists the possible DS games to install over and I'm curious if I still need to remember which one I chose.

the wiiu system menu does not include the system.xml file. I also looked a bit more and so far I dont see anything interesting changed, I did find it pretty funny that this one image:
old.jpg

changed to this now:
new.jpg

and the best part is, that image change was done for the image of the US version of the system menu... in the EU update, so you probably cant even see it. No clue how that one happened.
I don't understand what image has changed...
