Hacking What are things i should NOT do, so i dont get banned?

If you have been around long enough, then you know it is an ongoing thing. If you do not have money for an extra legit switch, then do not hack your switch. If you do hack, then do not go online. It is a game of cat and mouse. Soon enough people will have no issues getting online, but that is only temporary. Nintendo is going play their game. It is a game that never ends, and could be costly if you are not careful. But as always, people will abuse with the hacks. This will ruin it for everyone. You can do what you want to do, but prepare yourself for what happens next.
i still haven't been banned, did i get lucky or are they waiting ages just to piss me off ??

And i know this probably didn't help but i formatted my switch so it would clear my errors and shit. but would this change anything??

If you did not restore with a clear NAND backup then your "errors" are not clear besides you went online so nintendo sure know you modified your switch so you have a ticket for a ban raffle at ninty's house.
Started about the time the first ban was announced for those doing earlier hacking work, though really picked up when general end users of hacks got hit. Will probably continue for a while as it is the most interesting thing happening in Switch hacking right now, a sad state of affairs really, and the device has no games. Should an unbanning method appear it might change, should a more stealthy method appear then that might change a bit too, it might also go down a bit when Nintendo starts charging and people realise it is no big deal.

If he used hekate, then yah he is likely screwed. HOWEVER. If he used rajnx. He might live. To briefly explain, creport system module essentially does almost every bit of telementry. Which was able to be disabled. So if he is lucky, he might fly under the radar. But, that's a big if. Now talking about tickets breifly. You can delete tickets through tinfoil. So again, maybe he might survive. But again, huge maybe.
creport only handles crash reports, not any other kind of telemerty
im pretty sure i did use RejNX, and i deleted the tickets straight after i deleted the game.

Rej.. Rather Rej or Atmosphere, i dont remember....Uhm, did you use Raj or Rei? Its either one or the other
But this 'auto-ban' won't block your access to nintendo services nor will block you from downloading purchased games and their updates when you change your mind.
So, in my vision, this kind of ban is better than ninty's. =]

We should have a different understanding of the word "easily"... It takes one second to activate / deactivate stealth mode in SX OS, good luck setting this up that fast with any DNS related homebrew.
Takes 5 seconds instead of one. Big difference right?

Ummmm...that's EXACTLY what stealth mode does...blocks any and all Nintendo related comunications
