Hello friends,

just got my hands on the SX Pro and I have a question about the .nsp files.

The thing with the .xci files is pretty clear. Since it's a dump, I just have it on my SD card and mount it if I want to play it.

Now, with the .nsp files it's still unclear to me. I have a .nsp files in the root of my sd card. Then I use SX OS NSP Installer to install it. What now? Can I delete the .nsp file from the root of my SD card, since it was installed and it looks like it is now a redundant file? Or is this .nsp file is still used the same way as for example the .xci file?

Regards

You can delete all .NSP files after installing them. The way .NSP installation works is that the installer makes a copy of that .NSP, extracts the contents inside, and distributes them to their appropriate places.

Thank you very much for the quick answer!

sxos installers lets you delete it after install.
