Ohneschwanzenegger can generate a new, clean NAND.

So, when the wii get turned on i will made a nand.bin with bootmi2 and uses this app for set it default? and then restore it with bootmi2? i dont want to empeorate this problem..
Pretty much. Follow this:
Creating a "blank" nand: Select File -> New Nand ( ctrl + N ) select the destination for the new file in the "destination" field !make sure you have 528MiB of free space! If you have an existing nand.bin from the Wii, you can select it by clicking the big "Existing Nand" button. This will fill in the rest of the necessary information. When you click the "Ok" button, the Gui will hang a bit as it writes the full 528MiB file to your PC.

This sounds more like an issue of failing hardware as opposed to corrupted NAND or other system files. Have you had any overheating issues in the past?

Yes, but I'm referring to the data written to it, which would be software. Not the flash memory itself.

Yes, but we're saying the NAND memory itself might be dead or dying. That would cause it to not be written to properly. The console writes to memory occasionally while it's on.

I can't see why this would cause power-related issues. Having to wait several days to be able to power on the console again sounds like a power supply issue, frankly.

I agree with the previous answer
The problem may be caused by:
1.- You use a non-original charger.
2.- If you use USB loader, the connection between the HDD and the console does not receive enough power.
You should use a "Y" cable or an HDD with independent power support.
