oh hell. Use search. Freeshop is dead. It dont matter what you do or what firmware your on. Your gonna need to get your games from other sources.
Uhm, that would be a yes, there is about 3,000 titles blocked now. Hence why freeshop is dead.
Only updates, DLC, and DSiWare still work.
Just this morning (in the U.S.).

That I am not sure, there is a thread that goes over this about the blocked titles.
