SX OS can run XCI-format files, for one.
SX can play XCI files and CFW cannot at this time.
I don’t know if any better methods will be released or when. IMO if you have a quality usb c cable like the pro controller cable and a decently functioning PC or Android phone dealing with rcm and autoRCM is not a problem. Just make sure you understand what you are doing and dont just blindly follow a guide. Many of the people that have major problems are looking for quick answers and make mistakes. I have always maintained that this is a hobby and should be treated as such. If you are not willing to put a lot of your leisure time into it probably best to look elsewhere.
It sounds like the battery drained out in RCM. It charges very slowly in RCM and have heard it can take 6 hours to get it to a point it can boot up. So just let it charge, prepare your SD card and be ready to boot it up later and then finish charging once you are in CFW or OFW. Maybe even use that time to do a full (not quick) format of the SD card just to make sure it is in top shape.
Switchbru connects to its own server instead of Ninendo's so you get to enjoy non-Nintendo online services so...maybe? It blocks a lot of Nintendo's URLs, if not all of them, but I haven't heard of a ban for someone using it yet.I just installed Homebrew Appstore, is SwitchBru DNS enough for me to connect to the internet while avoiding being banned by Nintendo for now?
Game wasn't installed in CFW so its missing the ticket that the ES patches would have provided. So I did it all and hacked the switch, yay me... Used the latest build on discord of reinx. Now I use tinfoil to install a game I took from CDNSP and installation is successful but when I try to start teh game it tells mat I need to own and try to send me to the eshop.

If I'm running an CFW and reset my console to factory (yes, I will lose all my saved/installed games, but that is not the point) and downloaded Fortnight, would I be able to play online? Or would Nintendo detect that I am using an CFW and ban me?
Might depend on if you ever connected to the internet with the CFW running, or installed autoRCM etc..
Safer would be to restore a clean nand backup if you have one?
What happens if I restore someone else's NAND on my switch? If I have my switch banned and restore my friends NAND on my switch, what happens?
Again, not 100% sure on this but since you're not connecting to Nintendo's servers, they don't know that you're online theoretically. However one misstep and you could connect the console onlineThanks, so since i already installed NSPs i would not have any risk of being banned for it by connecting with Switchbru DNS then?
This one is officially licensed and comes up quite frequently on Google searches: https://www.polygon.com/2018/7/10/17554956/nintendo-switch-portable-charger-anker-usb-c-batteryOk so everything is working fine now, paperclip into reinx payload into playing whatever I want. I'm about to travel a lot for work, if I want to play on teh plane and everything what are the best and safest way for me?
Still open with paperclip, put payload with android phone and that's it? Don't use autoRCM because chanc eof battery drainage since I will be playing a lot in handheld mode. Thanks. Any good external battery pack?
Thanks
Depends on how much cash you want to spend and what your needs are. If you want to actually charge the Switch while playing a USB-C PD, like the ones Anker has or the RavPower will work. When comparing keep in mind accessories included such as usb-C cable and a charger for the battery. They can also take a long time to charge back up if you do not have a quick charger for the battery. They are rather expensive and I have not purchased one becuase I always miss the sales.Any good external battery pack?
Thanks
Not sure what “ecer” booting is but the very first thing you should do after RCM and loading hekate is making a full backup.Should I do a nand backup before ecer booting my Switch or should I better first set it up in OFW?
