I have my hard drive with 3 Partitions one ntfs for wii games, one FAT32 for GC games and one for personal use, but no matter what i try, when i use USB Loader GX it only shows a nintendont game i have on my sd card. The weirdest thing is that the USB Loader sees that i have the hard drive and shows the space i have but doesnt show games. Any help is appreciated.

wii games : top menu, 4th icon, enable wii games
if not enough, verify your folder's name and file location, or use WiiBackupManager to fix them.

gamecube games :
1. settings > custom path > gamecube Main Path : usb2:/games/ (because it's on the second partition, while the loader has the first by default)
2. top menu, 4th icon, enable gamecube games (but it lists from SD so it should already be checked)

you can have up to 8 partitions, so 3 partitions on your hdd is not a problem. no need to delete your 3rd one.

About the GameCube Path I already have the path right and it still doesn't show

did you edit some other settings?
it's possible the loader only displays games on SD card if you specifically told it to do so.

the easiest is to reset the settings, and reset path to usb2
if you prefer doing it manually :

loader settings :
- be sure gamecube mode is set to nintendont (if it's set to MIOS, it's based on your current MIOS to list SD or USB or both)
- be sure gamecube origin is set to : main/SD (not SD only)

be sure the games are correctly named
be sure they are in subfolders ! (nintendont read games not in subfolders, but the loader needs subfolders)

not sure which option you mean.
the "show titles from USB" is the one I said, no ?
"main/SD" is used to list games from USB and SD, with USB in priority in case of duplicated games.
there's no other option to choose "display gamecube games from usb", or maybe I forgot, I didn't touch the loader for too long.

also, the show/hide settings, you mean the category menu ?
yeah, there's also the parental control and the favorite which can show/hide games. be sure to check all these menus to be sure you are not hiding some games.
