I doubt they have the ability, the thing is I remember a few people called after people got banned for hacking in Mario kart or Smash Bros, and they said Nintendo had something to read them about how it was bad, but then they got unbanned once. I am talking about original Wii btw.

It's a console with it's own services and telemetry, the servers can individually tell which console is which; they don't use SSL Certs lmfao that's a bad system, why would they bother making their own telemetry services and hide them since they can just do a simple already out easy to find method, why does sony implement their own stuff, why do they pre-plan consoles and start development sometimes years before hand?; I wonder why............
There is nothing you can do even if you phone Nintendo up. The ban that’s issued to your console is a complete automated process once it’s been applied Nintendo cannot undo it. There is not thousands of reasons as to why the system issues the ban, it revolves around the same reasons and soon as the console triggers that error the ban is then sent and it cannot be corrected but not even high staff level at Nintendo can answer as to why the ban happens. They just say sorry about that there is nothing we can do, you will have to buy a new Nintendo Switch and set your account back up on that one.

Much better to issue a patched unit than to undo the ban from Nintendos perspective if a mistake has been made .
one time mom took the batteries out of my gameboy and told me it was because i was banned. i called nintendo and they agreed with her.
I think it's because Mario picked up the phone. If it's Wario or Waluigi you'll be Fk'ed.
You could make the argument that you bought it used from a pawn shop or something and that you shouldn't be punished for prior users' behaviour. But they seem set in their ways.
