I found the latest enctitlekeys.bin file but every time I try to download something I get this error:
Can't get encTitleKeys.bin (Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 141.8.224.221:443).
Waiting for all requirements to be acquired...

What can it be?

the solution is in your message.
connection refused to 141.8.224.221 on port 443 ? what is that ip ? if it's supposed to be the one where titleEnc is located, you probably didn't provide the correct one.
the titlekey website is using port80, so maybe it's trying to connect to another server.

the domain has not been renew, the URL doesn't point to the correct server's IP. You need to edit your Hosts file to force your computer to connect to another (proper) server's IP.
you need to search on reddit, or other website, to get the correct IP.

so far as I know the file is in the correct folder:unsure:

By the way,Sometimes I got the error:
Could not find the titlekey for the title you're trying to download. Please try deleting enctitlekeys.bin file in your base directory, or go to About, then Troubleshooting, and click Delete encTitleKeys.bin file, and try downloading again.

Some games no longer download because they're blocked from Nintendo server.

Put the encTitleKeys.bin in the Villain3DS folder that contains cias and raw subfolders. The latest one has a size of 174 KB and CRC-32 hash of 6B6502A4. That file can't have a modified date older than 2 days or else Villain3DS will delete it. You can renew the file by saving a new copy with HxD hex editor and then copying it over the old one.

Look to my post for some hints in finding that title site.
Also, psst. that IP address.

Hi!I guess i fixed the titlekeys issue, and managed to get the 174kb rare file, but the app manages to some few games, and the majority of games this happens...
What it means? How can i fix it?

You must be using an outdated version. That title is blocked by nintendo (it requires additional verification) so that why the app becomes buggy like that.
Many zelda, mario games are blocked, but other third party games are still fine.

too bad, i was hoping to play that Metroid game, samus return.
oh, can i install games using QR code? Or its a bad ideia, since nintendo is banning the sh*t out of people. :)

well, it failed, but thanks to show me the website anyway :) it will become handy futher on
i didn't know that my version of the app is outdated. Just downloaded the newer one, and runs even smoothier. Thanks for the headup!

Just a question if i download the cia with villain can i install it directly (assuming 3ds has no internet connection) or i need to do smething with the seed etc? I want to have 100% offline my 3ds

Just google the name of the game .cia, i highly doubt you'll have problems finding links for a first party game like Metroid.

Some games still requires seed, a good alternative is to use hydroseed: https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-hydroseed-export-seeddb-bin-to-dat-files.486592/
