nds-bootstrap loader: Run commercial NDS backups from an SD Card

nds-bootstrap:

Thanks to the work of ahezard, Gericom, Apache, Robz8, _catcatcat, and shutterbug2000 and other contributors, we can now load NDS games from the SD card, without any flashcard/SLOT-1 card.

Don't expect high compatibility, but do expect many, many updates.

I noticed Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Rings of Fate (USA) is listed as needing an AP patch. I can't find an AP patch for it anywhere nor does it show an AP in the DS-Scene tools. Is this accurate? If so where is the AP patch for it? If not, then someone needs to update that.

DSiMenu++ needs to be updated to v5.5.0 in order to use one build.

What's new?
  • All SDKs are now supported in one build!
  • Many under-the-hood improvements have been made!
  • The build is ~100 KB smaller, so in total you'll free up 500 KB of space!
  • The debug logging of the patch process can be enabled directly from the "nds-bootstrap.ini" file.

What's new?
  • All SDKs are now supported in one build!
  • Many under-the-hood improvements have been made!
  • The build is ~100 KB smaller, so in total you'll free up 500 KB of space!

I don't know what I should do with all that free space now /s

Do we just delete the SDK5 one from old versions and replace the normal one with this or we gotta delete the .ini s too this time? Don't know how you did it, but good job for this! By the way, is there a detailed list of said under-the-hood improvements? Just curious:P

If you're still using the forwarders, then rename "nds-bootstrap-release.nds" to both "release-bootstrap.nds" and "release-bootstrap-sdk5.nds", as I have not updated the forwarder templates yet.
Also, you can keep the .inis.

Yup, I'm using forwarders because I just don't like DSiMenu++ honestly, prefer simple stuff, no need for additional features:P Alrighty, I'll rename it and check the commits, let's just hope that the comments in there are formatted nicely because I'm a real neat freak when it comes to notes on code:rofl2:

What's new?
  • Later SDK3 games such as Planet Puzzle League are now compatible!
  • Pokemon Blaze Black 2 and Volt White 2 now work. (thanks to @piratesephiroth)
  • DSi users: Sound too loud or too quiet?
    Precise volume control has been added! (since v0.11.0, but not mentioned 'til now)
    Hold Select+Up or Select+Down to precisely adjust volume.
Bug fixes
  • Most (if not all) games that we're broken in v0.11.0 are now working again!
  • You can now fix (most) sound crackles, doubles, and split-second pauses by setting "SOUND_FIX" in the .ini file to 1.
    If you want to enable this setting in DSiMenu++, please wait for a new version to be released.
  • Fixed sound volume being turned down on DSi consoles, if ROM read LED is enabled.
    As a result, if ROM read LED is enabled, then precise volume control won't work.
Regressions
  • Starting with this version, it will not work with Flipnote Lenny, as with each version of nds-bootstrap released, there's a low chance that it'll work with Flipnote Lenny.
  • Due to this version being compiled with a lower libnds version, the filesize has grown about 100-ish KB.

Just wanted to point out that some games aren't working even with the new updates. But there's also some progress for the others.

- Golden Sun Dark Dawn US/EU still showing white screen/black screen (depending on the version). Nothing new, because already pointed out on the github.
- Zelda Phantom Hourglass EU/US still not booting at all.
- Zelda Spirit Track not booting using Nitghly.
- Some progress on SolatoRobo The Red Hunter. EU was booting fine till the moment you had to go in the city do the first mission. Talking with the png was showing a transition screen of the logo and the game and it was stuck. Now it works.

There's still an issue of the game freezing when talking to the boy you rescued just after that. It frooze just after Red talks about the medal.

The setting menus crash after saving the settings. Dunno if it's me or the NDSBTSP
