that's not easy to do.
there's a way to debug what's happening while inside the loader to PC or SDcard.
there's no way to do it while the game is launched, unless you have a debugging tool (USBGecko), and even with one it'll be only memory and ASM coding you have to read. so, no, there's no easy way to debug your problem.
