But GC on lakka isnt really playable is it? maybe is someone were to port the android version to the switch it would be a nice start.
But that would have to wait until we have HW acceleration and dynarec for switch bomebrew I suppose.

lakka is linux, it has hw acceleration

Currently there is no way of playing Gamecube games on Horizon, but there is the Lakka port which has a Dolphin core on it

Sure but does it run well enough to compare with the android version of Dolphin running on the Nvidia Shield? Somehow I doubt it. Many libretro cores are not optimized that well.
Just compare the Retroarch SNES9X cores with PSNES (Also based on SNES9X) you'll see what I meen.
