SAVEGAMES PC AND SWITCH ARE THE SAMES
i don't made a deep test but:
files are the same and can be used from one to other.
ALCHEMYXSAVE_XX.SAV
MACK_XX.sav
just the name change.
each crash game have 4 save:
crash 1:
MACK_0.sav is the temporary and is the bo ttom right tile in savegames menu
MACK_1.sav is the savegame 1 top/left
MACK_2.sav is the savegame 2 top/right
MACK_3.sav is the savegame 3 bottom/left
crash2
MACK_5.sav is the temporary and is the bo ttom right tile in savegames menu
etc ...
for the PC just change the names from MACK to ALCHEMYSAVE

small tip for PC if you use a game cheater, look for the adress of the boxes it's easy to find.
and sub &h1900 to this adress to find the masks , set this adress to 2 ! and you'l never loose

you can create a blank folder in edizon dir on the sd card:
SD:\EdiZon\0100d1b006744000\1\
when you load this dir in edizon he will not overwrite your saves, you'll have to load it in the game and save it if you want to keep it.

the 3 will come later ..
in any cases allways make a copy of your own saves.

run the prg check type the numbers you want and create your own savegame.
after you push the save file button, just copy the (allways leave here a copy) file mack_1.sav to your sd card,
SD:\EdiZon\0100d1b006744000\thedirenameyouwant\MACK_1.sav
and of course load the dir with edizon before running the game.
i'll make a small tutorial later , but if you never have enter RCM on your switch forgot that.

I have injected the saves after modifying them in your tutorial however the levels are not unlocked and nor do the unlocks appear. I have loaded the modded save with everything unlocked but this does not reflect when returning to the game as everything is not unlocked. On the loading screen it shows 107% completed and everything unlocked, when i load it, it still does not reflect it at all. How can I fix this? Thank you.

First of all I want to thank you for realeasing this. The issue is present on all the Crash games and I only found this post yesterday. On the loading/save screen the save appears auto save block and has everything unlocked but when attempting to load it, it does not have everything unlocked, including the levels.

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way
