I know c# c++ python and java how I can learn hacking or writing cfw?
Start by writing some homebrew, you already know C++ so it's an easy place to start.
You will need to learn ARM assembly to really do any hacking though, and you also need to know the inner workings of the software and hardware.

learn to read reference manuals
start by writing some bare metal code for any platform you like, though i recommend something simple like a microcontroller. learn how to set its registers, write a bare metal blink program, then start tinkering with various peripherals like UART and I2C

Start with making some memes. Work on your meme game really good. Then turn your best meme into a splash screen.

Serious answer, everyon WANTS to do it but, if you have to ask that you are definitely not capable on doing it.
Terrible advice. Every dev here was like him at one point. Or did you think these devs were just born with this knowledge.

Anyway, so far people have been giving you pretty good advice as to how you should learn. The only thing I can add is that as well as studying the switches OS, I would also research OSs in general to as that well likely be a bit more helpful in the long run.

Do what I would do...

Copy someone else's work, make tweaks and apply the learning curve of if you've made it better or worse. Eventually, you will somewhat know the basics of what you're trying to achieve and you could potentially build your own (with some borrowed code - if you edit it well).

I've made many things worse, which I've only released one edited game (that was an improvement) on an old android game hacking forum and it got 62 downloads before I stopped observing. B-)

I strongly disagree with this.

In the 3DS scene i wanted to make my own CFW, but didnt know jack squat about coding to begin with. After a year or so i learned a ton about coding, and I was running a CFW all customized to my needs (only 1 and 1 person have it).

For the poster: i found that if you truly interested in building your own CFW, current developers are more than eager to help. The "arrogant" developers in the 3ds scene helped me a long way with stupid and diffucult questions.

But for now i would start with making a simple Hello world, and inspect current CFW (like reiNX and Atmosphere) also learn about the switch's architexture (the ARM manual if I am not mistaken).
