I want to do this for the ultimate pwn. i remember using one for the ps3 you can change the logo and it was amazing? any tool being developed for this or anyone know where you must modify to make those changes?

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1

An FPGA could probably replicate the chip's functionality without buying donor parts.+1
