I was messing around with my switch's hardware like an idiot while it was on and i accidentally removed the SD card reader while the switch was on. The switch thought i just removed the SD card only but i actually removed the whole reader thingy and it told me to restart but when i restarted the switch I couldn't get passed the boot logo. I can't access recovery mode but i still can access RCM mode. Is there anyway that I could fix this issue?

i didn't make a nand backup
Well,as much as everyone that reads this cringes at the thought,I'll try to help you as best I can. Looks like something got corrupted, but you might be able to recover.

Do you know which firmware version your switch is on?
Do you have a windows PC?

Lastly, the guide I'm going to point you to is a very long process,it can be scary but it might be the only way you can recover for now.

Lastly, you going to lose your saved data in the process unfortunately

I misread the part about removing the reader.
Can you elaborate on that?
Maybe take a picture? Sorry Im not sure what you mean by that
I took the part out by accident but I immediately put it back in
