Reformatting won't help. Are you using the pack that Cyan made that I linked?

To be clear, based on your SysCheck report you do not need to change your cIOSes at all. They are fine.
I didn't notice that it was a link. I'll check it out now. Thank you :)

what are you talking about?
you act as if you never knew how the console worked.
unused slots are not "missing" firmwares.
the loader only use ONE IOS at a time, and it's usually the one in slot 249.
having, or not having, any other IOS slot is completely irrelevant to compatibility. and it's the same with their base or version of all unloaded slots.

I suggest you read the guide I'm writing here to learn how the console and homebrew are working: https://gbatemp.net/threads/wii-hacking-explained.501605/
specifically from the chapter1/IOS section.

try not to suggest wrong things to users, you'll make them do unneeded or even useless changes, but more importantly you'll make them think they have a problem and they need to worry about it, while they don't.
people who want to use USBLoaders only need ONE, and not more, cIOS. usually, v8 base57 is all you need. nothing more.
Thank you Cyan for your help. It looks like I have v8 based on that syscheck. What do you think might be the issue? I still haven't got these new backups to work :/ Should I try a different IOS from the default?

I just made things worse. I used Cyan's d2x installer successfully, and now USB Loader GX doesn't load ANY of my games that were working before. I've tried 249, 250, and 251. all fail back to the Homebrew channel :'(

Here's my latest syscheck since updating 249 - 251.

You installed v10 r52, but v8 was as fine.
the cIOS shouldn't be the cause of your problem.

running a game, and returning to loader or sysmenu means the games are not found.
either the ISO are bad, or the hdd is becoming corrupted? (run checkdisk?)
or your hdd is not recognized with cIOS (usually happen with flash drives, not hdd).

try to revert back to d2x v8 (reinstall v8, it will overwrite the current one).

also, your BC version is old (bc v2 instead of v6) but it's not a problem as it's only used for Wii set in gamecube mode.

Hello.:)

Before updating something, please check your USB device if it works correctly.
USB Sticks/Flash Drives and so on are known as not 100 percent reliable and maybe not working correctly. Also please check of using the correct USB port of your Wii:

You can update your two important IOS´s 249 and 250.

Please Download
cIOS 249 [57] -d2x -v8 -final
cIOS 250 [56] -d2x -v8 -final

You can use the Tool ModMii for this:
https://gbatemp.net/threads/modmii-for-windows-official-support-topic.207126/

and install it with a WAD Manager like Multi Mod Manager or Wii Mod Lite (you can get them also with ModMii on Download Page 2).

You can also do a complete Softmod Update with ModMii if you want (or if your Wii Games still not work).
Simply use your sysCheck.csv on ModMii´s Update Option.

Thank you and

Good Luck.:)
