Yes but custom servers like
Altwfc and wiimmfi have been created to remedy this issue

I had tried Connectify but he told me that my PC could not create wep or open hotspot :/. I will see if I can create a new connection with my internet box but I do not think :/. If I get there I will use my connection to use alternative servers and homebrew requiring internet. Thank you for all your answers

I found an old D-Link DIR-615 router in a cardboard box, it still works so I created a temporary WEP network

They shut down yes, but there are custom servers that are easy to connect to, such as Wiimmfi.

You can connect through Wiimmfi, but you need a WEP connection to be able to play online.
