Homebrew Error running HiyaCFW Helper

I've started following the guide on dsi.cfw.guide and I'm installing HiyaCFW. I'm trying to run the hiyacfw helper via python, but I get an error.

he system cannot find the file specified)

I've got the nand.bin file and the app file, yet this isn't working.

EDIT: It worked after a restart
