I don't know how some of you are calling scires childish , he is selflessly developing a cfw for the community , open sourcing it. He could have made so much money if he submitted to the bounty program. I bet lot of you would have submitted if you were in his shoes.
Of course he will be hurt, that his trusted co-developer breached a promise and submitted his work without his permission. You guys should try to see from the perspective of @SciresM

Seriously, who gives a flying fuck? She obviously needed the money more than anyone else did. She got her 15 minutes of fame from the RCM discovery that she gave a stupid-ass name to that I can't even pronounce, and she cashed-in on another potential exploit we didn't need. Go #TeamTemkin

dont be a hypocrite. see it from the perspective of kate, being pinned as a sellout even though she said she received no compensation, nor did she disclose anything to anyone that wasnt already patched or known. if youre gonna take scires at face value, you have to do the same for kate.

Now I am being a hypocrite? I agree it shouldn't have been blown to this proportion and the whole thing could have been done in private. But she already admitted in one of her pm with him that what she did was indeed questionable. She used somebody else discovery without even consulting him once. That is why I am trying we should see from the side of scires then we would understand that what he did( due to emotions)was indeed normal

the way i look at it is, if they arent all teamed up together, maybe they split into 2 teams, and we get a new fork of atmosphere that might actually get finished, or maybe some other tools they create independently

kate betrayed trust and did not discuss her actions with the TEAM.

@SciresM did the right thing imo. there is no scope for unilateral disclosures like this when your in a team. it undermines the team significantly.
