Just like the title says, my switch crashed and then the homebrew installed was uninstalled after I booted it back up. the crash screen was similar along the lines of "An error has occurred. Please press the power button to restart the console." After pushing the power button the console restarted and I went to the images application to access homebrew and homebrew wouldn't load instead it'd just go to the images stored on my switch. So would I have to go through the whole pin process again to install it?
My switch crashed right after I opened up the 2048 application and played the game for a few seconds which then lead to my switch crashing. So would I have to the whole process of the whole pin 1 and 10 thing to reinstall it again?

You don't have to re-install every time you boot but you can't play any homebrew or any titles that you installed while in CFW mode on a fresh regular boot. You have to short the pins and boot to RCM every time you turn on your switch if you want to play those titles. You can install auto RCM so you don't have to mess with shorting out the pins but you will still have to launch the payload every time.

Well, for me is different the situation.

i did have the same problem with a homebrew, crashing. Prompted to "power off for 12 seconds and reboot". I did that. Powered on after with the same RCM method, injecting Henkate mod, and booting in LayeredFS (im using SdFile 5.1) but i can use layeredFS but homebrew as dissapear from album for ever... after i tryied everything but dont work
