Hey guys, I bought (on 7/7/2018 in Japan) a nintendo switch. I try to boot the payload.bin from sx os, but nothing happens at all (using TegraRcmSmash). Every time i try, i get stuck on a black screen.

- boot.dat on my sd card (formated with the nintendo switch)
- i'm getting into RMC without any issues
- i'm using a c2c usb cable (laptopt => switch)

Uploading payload (mezzo size: 92, user size: 97228, total size: 163444, total padded size: 163840)...
Switched to high buffer
Smashing the stack!
Smashed the stack with a 0x0000 byte SETUP request!

I'm starting to think that a new switch harware has been released. I would like to prove this point or understand if im doing something wrong
I dont know if "Smashed the stack with a 0x0000 byte SETUP request!" must be considered as an error ?

Thank you in advance for your help :)

As english is not my mother tongue, please excuse any errors on my part

did you install the proper drivers? And if so, what commands are you using with tegrarcmsmash.

You can't get into RCM mode with a new revision so the problem is something else.
Wrong, they could leave rcm mode, but patch the bug that allowed ACE in the first place in rcm mode. Who said they would have to completely remove it in the first place?

Look on the back. There’s a product code, near the Switch logo (I think underneath). It should say HAC-001. Does it say that?

Yes its written HAC-001, that's why i think it's not a mariko one

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

same thing happened to me all i did is trying a different launcher and it worked

I tried to use NX LOADER but the app doesnt say anything when i plug in my switch. (Galaxy S7E, using micro-usb -> usb-a & usb-a => usb-c)

if you don't hear any sound when you plug your switch to your pc than it means its a driver issue

Everything is working fine on my pc, i can hear the "windows device plug in sound" when the switch is into RCM and the switch is listed in the device manager as "libusbK USB Devices" - "APX"

SylverReZ @ SylverReZ: Also nice. Never really watched Fallout on Prime, but sounds like a good show.
