Sig patching has many more uses outside of piracy which is kinda surprising it hasn't been implemented yet. Meh, I can wait. Regardless of whether they stole code or can cause a brick, I wouldn't get SX OS because I'd have to pay for it.

No, its not 'cause I'm poor. Defeats the purpose of piracy if I have to pay for it. If I wanted to spend money, I'd just buy the games.
Right, sig patching would let us make a nsp of the homebrew launcher and stop using the album button

I have a problem that i haven't seem mentioned yet. I'm wanting to install the dev menu, but I deleted pokemon quest a few days ago. Now when I go into the eshop to redownload it it just says purchased and doesnt give me a link to redownload. Does anyone have any idea on how to redownload it?

Same thing it just tells me that another user has already purchased the game on my switch.
Is the same user who originally "purchased" Pokemon Quest the same one is trying to re-download it from the Switch's eShop (assuming you have multiple users)?

EDIT: Also, have you already tried the following steps from Nintendo's website?
Select the eShop from the Home screen on your Nintendo Switch. Select the profile with which you originally purchased the digital game. Select your Profile in the upper right corner of the eShop screen. Select Redownload from the menu on the left

I cannot for the life of me get devmenu to boot, always just launches pokemon....?

Are you on TX OS 1.3? Also, it doesn't load like you're typical LayeredFS game...so rather than putting it in Atmosphere/titles/xxxxxx, you have to create a folder called sxos then put the title/xxxx folder in there...

My problem is getting games to install, I got Fast RMX installed, but can't get Arcade Archives Super Mario Bros VS to install. Not sure if the NSP I found online is bad or if it's just not compatible, etc...

Does this need to be done with SX OS? Can we just do it with like layeredfs/hakte?
SX OS has the sig patching for the installation and launching processes. Doing this with another CFW like the current build of Atmosphere (Hekate is just the name of the bootloader) will make the installed .NSP ask for verification when you try to launch it.

Can this work without sx os? Because sx is gayer than logan paul.

Why is it gayer than Logan paul?

Anyways on the Tut it says restart SX OS you don't need too the games appear when you press home and close Pokemon quest/devmen after a successful install.
