I know, I know. But OrGoN3, that's such a silly thought! Buuuuuuuuuut, what if, and just hear me out on this one, ready? You only play the games that you, wait for it......purchase or rent! Then, no ban!
I won't say impossible, but it's extremely unlikely there will be a way to unban this time around. At best you may end up with a way to play online with other banned units via custom servers.

It'll never happen! Just like for the last i don't know how many years. With any console/account once your banned you're banned. Game over, start over get a new console or account.
Yeah, it's called never go online with a exploited console ever again. That way, it will save yourself and everyone's desperate ass from a ban hammer in the future.

The funny thing here is everybody wants to jump the gun with backups, Its too early in the consoles life, and we haven't gleaned enough information about how the console works to be able to do the stuff these people are trying to force right now. Backups will be ok, not now, but in the future. Why can't people just wait, have some patience folks.
we need people like us who test the limits and make things happen, if my ban can help other people to avoid this problem, it will be worth it ...

Ditto, just like Xbox Live and PSN, there is no way to unban unless someone could hack and have a full access to Nintendo server.
For others, I'm scared that console ban appears to be permanent, so you can contact Nintendo and ask them about how long for ban to lift.
The only way to unbanned is to hack into Nintendo's server and removed your id from their banned list.

It’s not safer it’s almost the same, staying offline with sx os is as safe as layeredfs offline
I know a way you can get unbanned, 100% guaranteed to work. I'm not sure I should share it here, however... there might be repercussions.
