No it's not. It doesn't return a valid license.
Someone needs to figure out how the license files are generated.
the mitm attack will not work, still needs a valid license.dat, thats signed with your console ID. All that does and grabs the license.dat online. and it still verifies it on the switch. The boot.dat needs to be patched or a keygen needs to be made with the correct signing keys.

Also, no one knows yet whats in the License.dat yet because the Encrypting/Decrypting keys are still unknown. Once the key is found, then anyone can create there own License.dat files for there sxos.

Based on their FAQ yes. Can't confirm it myself tho since I updated to the latest firmware yesterday.
