when you choose launch CFW this is what you see
so yea you can upload the generated license-request.dat file and create a license.dat file on your PC, keeping your switch offline, which is exactly what I intend to do.

Wow so I ordered a key from R4card.co.uk a week ago, and they said that my order had been cancelled. I just checked my account and the money has just left my account today. I just sent them an email requesting a refund. Pretty sure its paypal taking way too long to process, but I better get a refund...
