Honestly there is no reason for them to postpone SX OS release unless there is some serious defect in the software that they are scrambling to fix. I'm waiting the whole thing out until there are confirmed reports that SX OS is functional and not a huge scam.
ordered from switchXS and got tracking yesterday. Just gotta be patient. This isn't a big reseller or distribution center like amazon or something that has hundreds of workers and guarantees 2 day shipping. Is it really a must for people to play that pirated game a few day earlier than expected?

1. There are more than one "devs", and not all are anti-piracy.
2. Cracking doesn't take a dev, it's a different skill entirely.

a free crappy and limited solution is already out, the dongle will help ya in the long run, tx or not, give a couple of days if you wait a month, you can wait a couple of days more
Maybe or maybe not, just look at Gateway 3DS and sky3Ds. They where the only working solutions for a long time. Just get TX option (if you have two switches) now and use a free version later when it is released. That is what I am planning to do, sure it is another 60 dollar / euro, but that is the price of 1 game.
