i think this is the 1st time in history of a console that the higher firmwares get more exploits features releases than the older firmwares which is irony to say so
i don't know should be happy or sad about this

Yeah, that would be the best solution.
But i'm am lazy as hell and Visual Studio is so fuckin' convenient

I guess no one wants to code exclusive for Mac or Linux.
Also, Microsoft has gonne total free with Visual Studio in the last years, wich is also a great thing
The autopatcher doesnt works for me, I load in the nca file and it just gives me an alert to press OK
yep, and visual studio code works on all platforms and is open source, so idk about all this 'cant program for all platforms in visual studio' nonsense
you can literally install a linux kernel to your powershell cmd prompt.

i think that means it worked. the hactool terminal window opens quickly and immediately closes. correct me if im wrong

Visual Studio Code is an alternative to Atom, not to Visual Studio.
Technically WSL does not include the Linux kernel, but rather a Linux→Windows wrapper, kind of like Wine.
I have 4.1.0 and it doesn't work for me. Proof?I can confirm that this method works on 4.1.0!
