Any short tutorial on how to use this? For example, after I put in the target titleid (which I assume is the target titleid referred to in the OP, the game we're replacing) and click Patch, it asks me to open a file. Should I open the xci?
I think you put in the titleid that you want to be changed and then choose the npdm file

Sooo, that means we can prep a couple games and just rename the folder to the correct title id when we want to play it??
This is not useful until someone explains how to use. I tried and the npdm didn't change at all.
I think the idea is that you create the title ID folder in the atmosphere/titleid folder that matches one of the titleIDs of a game/demo you have downloaded and active on the system. Then you place another rom/exe fs in the folder you just created with the required modifications. The Switch thinks its the game that you had already installed but runs the different game contents that you had just placed.. To run the original game again, i guess you can use any random folder name so that it will pick up the content of the original game? Or i guess that is how it would work to an extent with the updated hekate with layerfs changes...

Its their choice. The further they dont make SXOS live, the more refunds they may have to give.. Although then they have to also hand over the redeem code to the seller and hope they notify the buyer quickly..
