Hacking XBox One S (G.O.W. Edition) mobo died. Help!

As stated, the mobo died. I thought it was PSU, tried to replace. Nope. Tore apart my XB1S and swapped all parts.

The mobo is dead. Won't power on.

Want to save Gears Of War edition and save 2TB HDD.

Is there some way to transfer this drive to a new mobo without erasing contents? Swapping out shell and sister board isn't a problem.

Just want to know options before buying new XB1S and reformatting HDD to new unit.

Nope, the data is encrypted to the hard drive, in this scenario I would of paid MS to repair the thing. Cloud saves will make it so a fresh drive to 2TB swap using a PC to get the right partition size definitely will work if you install everything again.

How much are we talking here? Also, I removed warranty sticker, but the system is out of warranty anyways...
